Supposedly open at 10! Management refused to open on time because they were behind in their morning set up! If you aren't going to open at 10 then change your hours or come in early to set up! Extremely rude!!! Made me stand outside until she was ready to help me over 30 minutes later! Customer service is horrible by the management!
I called ahead to get my ring inspected I said its a month early is it okay? The gentleman said "yes we will sign off on it early." Okay so I went there and a lady said "okay" but she didn't even look at it she just cleaned it and didn't even sign off on it and said she would do it next month! I'm very upset I came in for a reason? I'm busy next month if it doesn't get inspected it's not my fault this is ridiculous I'm never buying anything from here again but I have to keep this ring with the lifetime warranty... I will be calling to complain too. Then on top of that I wanted to redeem this free necklace coupon I got in the mail and the lady was so rude she was like "oh the $50 off $100" or whatever it was and I was like "oh no the free necklace for customers" and she said "oh so not the coupon? You know if you don't use it you lose it?" I said "yes I don't want anything" and she kept persisting I said "no I don't wear that much jewelry I'm in the dental field" she said "yeah right I see earrings, a necklace, and a ring" I'm like "yeah when I go out but not when I work and stuff" you think you are being happy or nice? No you are being rude! I need this addressed how is it okay to treat a client like that? If someone says no it means no don't push or if you want to do it in a nice way!
