We purchased a wrap, to add to en existing engagement ring. The ring itself is gorgeous, but that's where the good news begins & ends. We were told on 3 different occasions the ring would ship on X date, it never shipped on the date we were told and only until the 4th phone call, FROM US, did it finally ship. Its beyond me why WE should have to call a jeweler we just gave $1100 to, to inquire if they have lived up to their word. Shouldn't they be the one to contact us? Once the ring finally did arrive, it was inside of a UPS box (I understand they need to use that box, to ship it) here's the kicker...it was inside a white, privacy envelope, like the kind you would use to send letters? Wow! No ring box, no padded bag, nothing...talk about a severe lack of attention to detail and more over, a lack of professionalism. The entire experience was fairly disgusting and seeing how they prepared it, after all of the mix-ups, makes me want to puke. If you want quality, Lloyds is a place where you will NOT find it.
I bought a beautiful wedding set two years ago and within two months i had diamonds falling out. When i took it in to them i had four diamonds that had fallen out and i was two months away from my wedding day. When i took it he told me there was nothing they could do free for me but it would cost me $200 to replace them and that was at a discount. After i picked up my ring and got home i already lost to diamonds, all i did was drive home. Within days i lost the other two. I lost all four of the same diamonds they had just replaced. Well i took my ring to a diffrent jewelry repair place and I found out that all they did was glued new diamonds in THEY GLUED THEM IN. Who does that? What made them think this was going to work? Since then I have lost more diamonds, this upsets me very much and now i am looking at having to spend $800 to have it reconstructed so this will never happen again...... this does not include the diamonds. So my recommendation is to NOT buy from these people who are not looking out for the customer but there own pockets $$$.

Overall, from my wife's engagement ring to when we purchased our wedding bands. Frank was very understanding and provided many options for us to examine. Maybe in a few years, if not sooner we shall be back. You folks can trust that Lloyds will take care of that very special moment in your new life, just like they did for my beautiful wife and I.
Experience was HORRIBLE! Prices are too high and the quality is bad.... the diamonds fall out... they don't deserve a star but that's the lowest... Please shop around do your homework....wish I read the reviews first
