I am the daughter of a retired jeweler. My Dad was a jeweler in San Antonio for 60 years so I know service and quality more than most. My mother left me her wedding ring upon passing a few years ago. I got married this past September and wanted to use my mother's beautiful center diamond along with a new setting from my wonderful new spouse. I have had some business with Mark and Ellen previously but this was going to be a very special and valuable transaction. We chose a beautiful new platinum and diamond setting. Mark mounted my mother's diamond in the center and it was so beautiful. Before we left the store Mark got on the phone and contacted an insurance company for us to get immediate coverage before we walked out! He also provided an accurate, certified appraisal. Excellent Service and just like the commercial says, the prices are reasonable. Even tho they were a smaller shop, the variety that they had available was great and they put emphasis on the fact that they can order anything. Thanks Mark.
