I'm newly engaged. we've been on search for ring, before the stop to Kay Jewelers we visited others, we just weren't as pleasant with the experienced, as Adrian Cortez gave he was very patient with us and the newly engaged couple that we are! had plenty of questions. Although we haven't purchased we definitely liked the way he made us feel, comfortable and not pressured to anything.Not only did he do that Adrian shared smiles to be happy with us through our journey as he told stories about his wife and family and because of that will be coming back to see him.
I met a man named Nick here on a saturday and he helped me and my husband find a new wedding band set to replace my old one. He was very patient and helpful understood my needs well and was not presumptuous about want I wanted. I told him up front that we were not ready to buy but he still took a long time to help me figure out the kind of set I want. I called the store back just now (a few days later) and he answered and remembered me right away. He was a wonderful sales rep and I am glad to say that when we are ready I will be going back to him specifically, just because of how kind he was! Amazing experience!
I called the store to let them know and they said the manager would call me back since she was with a client. She called, and all she had was excuses. No accountability and no responsibility. Just excuses.
I would not recommend Kay period. I paid for a special order mens ring in full only to have it returned after 30 days without being notified. This was over 30 days ago, and I am still waiting for the charge to be credited to my account. Highly disappointed with corporate. The manager and sales person, however, were helpful.

We have insurance so I sent it in to be looked at. They found nothing to be wrong. The "crack" she saw was an inherent feature that has been present from the day it was formed in the earth. In addition, the prongs were strong and in good condition.
We went by to get my ring inspected and the assistant manager said she found a crack in the stone and that the prongs were loose. We were outside the 6 month window for the warrenty so she said we would need to buy another at $1,400.
