I was referred to Rialto Jewelry from my hometown Jewelry store “Rialto Jewelry, Alice, Texas”. It’s a Beautiful store in San Antonio off of Bandera, it was a drive for me but worth it. I took 2 watches to be fixed one needed a battery & the other a small part which they had. They are truly professionals and the customer service they gave me was superb. I would highly recommend this shop.
Had a GREAT experience today at Rialto Jewelry! Staff is very friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable! They were willing to accommodate my price range and service my broken necklace on the spot in under 15 minutes! Will definitely be back in the future for jewelry repairs and purchases.
I cannot rave highly enough about this place! My fiancé had been passed down his great grandmothers rings and wanted to use the engagement ring of them to pop the question. The ring hasn't been worn in 20+ years and had 4 rings completely together. He had the ring repaired and sized up and it couldn't look more perfect! It's an honor to wear an heirloom from his family and Rialto Jewelry is now apart of our family. Everyone is so nice and helpful and know what they are doing. Even if we eventually move out of town, I will be coming back for any of my jewelry needs. Thank you again!!!!
Luis and his team at Rialto Jewelry custom made a ring for me that we designed together. It is an heirloom quality. In addition to custom making my ring, they did some repairs on my wife's cocktail ring and repaired my father's gold chain for me. Words cannot express the joy that I feel! Luis took some gold that I had with sentimental value and a lapel pin from my late grandfather and created a beautiful heirloom quality piece of jewelry. Thanks again Luis!
