As many people have seen all of the advertisements about Zales, but the advertisements are true great quality products maybe pricey for some people but overall very nice store and great management and staff!!
I got my engagement ring a few months back at a different location. The ring kept having issues. Once I returned it, I found this store. Ozzy the store manager was fantastic! He showed me rings in my budget, didn't pressure me like the other locations. He let me take me time with and without his help. It was such a great experience! He also helped make sure my ring would be done getting sized before I moved to a different state! Thank you so much Ozzy!!
Mia, Ozzy and Kyle are all miracle workers. They solved my ring issue with the greatest empathy and care and that means the world to me when dealing with my precious wedding ring. They offer a stressfree environment and refrain from pressuring customers when making one of the biggest life decisions.
Ozzy was incredible, he made my fiancé and I feel comfortable which is usually not our experience at jewelers. Our visit was incredibly relaxing, informative, and pleasant. I cannot express how wonderful my visit to this store was.
Ozzy was fantastic! In fact every person working here at this location is fantastic! Bought my husbands ring at the La Cantera Location and had SO many issues with the store, quality, and management. Came to this location ready to get a refund and take our business elsewhere! Ozzy and his team were so empathetic and understanding. They were heartbroken at our experience. They expressed beautifully the values that they stand for and dr their best to convey that the experience we had was NOT what their company is about! They were such beautiful people that we decided to give Zales as a whole another chance. We will definitely be using this location always! We left feeling good about our experience. Great location!
