Never come to this location, TOO many issues... save yourself and shop somewhere else...
Upon arrival, the sales clerk asked how she could assist, and then disregarded me as if I were not there when my name was provided, immediately making a phone call. Armand returned to the store within a few minutes and began with the lies, as he was rude and argumentative once again when I questioned the band width and size, as no corrections were made to the band width as promised, however the ring was resized to fit the finger that it should have fit with him stating that he made no such promises, and the ring could not be repaired as it was the quality and make of the ring. In addition to this the rings were never sent for stone repair, yet polish and cleaning!! He shoves the ring at me and said I tried to help you. I departed the location, almost nearing the exit to go home and receive an anonymous call, when I answered and question whom I was speaking to who Armand, requesting that I return to the location and sign some paperwork. I refused, as this could have requested prior to him arguing and shoving the ring at me, saying oh well I tried. What is going on with you Zales???!! Since when does these occurrences transpire and your salespeople are allowed to bait and steal, and destroy consumers personal property/rings? So now I have 2 bogus rings and Zales has my mother's Appalling and totally Unacceptable!!!
They moved locations in the mall, and the new location looks like a thrift store for diamonds. Holes in the walls, bad lighting, etc. Would never pay for something here from a place that doesn't have enough care to make the reparations necessary to look halfway decent.
Do NOT go here!!! I purchased a new diamond for my engagement ring. When I went to pick it up, it was NOT the same diamond I purchased! Huge flaws that were very noticeable. I know it was swapped out. I would NOT of wasted my money! They refunded it but now I'm out $160 for the warranty. Very disappointed!!!
I have been to this establishment for many times already and had a great experience. There was always 1 or two people helping me and my wife. I have walked into plenty of jewelry stores and have been ignored except for this store. I always end up spending a good amount pf money because of the great customer service.
As a long time Zales customer, I took a ring that belonged to my mother to have a diamond stone repaired that had came loose. Upon return of one of the the rings, the ring no longer fit the appropriate finger, and the diamonds, and band width was sized and shaped much thinner than my original ring. How does a ring fit well with large stone diamonds, a sizable band width when submitted, and then not fit at all, and have very small diamonds, and a much thinner band width when returned?! The second ring was cut down and and the majority of support prongs have been cut away from the ring , completely destroying the workmanship. When questioned regarding the ring swaps (because they were clearly swapped and readjusted) assistant manager Armand was condescending, argumentative and rude, having the nerve to ask was this not my ring or was it swapped. So, this is not the first time this has been done! He made false assurances that the ring would be returned for corrections. 06/21/2017, I received a call that my ring was repaired and available for pick up,the sales clerk was rude and disconnected the call as I was still speaking..
