They were so accommodating! After another car place wouldn't rent to me and I say wondering what to do thousands of miles from home with the kids I called around and budget was so nice! Great car, great price, great service!
The rental experience was not bad at all. The car was a little dirty but my problem is!!! Calling the office and never ever ever getting through!! I left something in the shuttle and absolutely still!! can not contact anyone.
My favorite place to park when flying out of SA. Shuttle drivers are very nice, and the pick-up/drop-off cycle is pretty quick. Can't comment on renting a car here, never done it before.
Recently my wife and I came to this location to rent a moving truck and they didn’t have the right size truck available. Their customer service, which name is Laura, was so so and they never gave me a contract when we had the truck in hand. When we returned the truck, they wanted to charge us extra miles when we only drove 27 miles.
