Used to be great but not anymore. Knowledge and service is seriously lacking at this location. I was told that I was getting what I askes for but when I looked at my paperwork it was $13 a day more than what I was told. Thank goodness I checked and called the 1-800 number for them to fix it because I ended up having the car for 3 weeks. Severely disappointed in this location!
Stay away from this branch... Give them one star because "zero" stars is not an option... After waiting 2 and a half hours I got a non-driveable vehicle. Tried to exchange it, but of course, nothing available. Called the next day to exchange it and they hanged up on me... Not sure how businesses like this one stay alive. Avoid this Hertz branch at DeZavala if you can.
