Always a friendly staff. Cars are always in excellent running order. I travel weekly and have been for the past 2 years and I ONLY use National. I highly recommend them...in any city/state!!

Friendly, fast and helpful! One minor nit: I took a car with 3/4 tank of gas, didn't notice it til I drove past the gate. I took a pic, but wish the guy at the gate acknowledged it. Upon return I mentioned it and there was no issue or charge, though.
I rented a Ford Focus and was very impressed with the feel and economy. Unfortunately, the second day I was "rear-ended" and had to exchange the vehicle. The service in this case was fantastic. After a quick phone call to National, I was told to get a police accident report to turn in with the vehicle. Once back at the National lot, I was in and out in minutes with a new car. The longest part of the visit was the walk from the return isle to the rental isle. No hassle! I love the service!
When you are an Emerald Isle member, the experience of pick up and drop off is quick and simple. The choice of cars is a bit limited and sadly there is a "race" off the shuttle to grab the best car in the isle. I'm getting a better experience with a competitor and the rate, with discounts applied, is about 1/4 the price.
