It was a great truck, GMC. Also everybody was very helpful. I had a awesome experience.
If I could give zero stars I would the customer service was awful I will never rent from Thrifty again. Save yourself the time and trouble do not go here.

Please double check your final receipt and make sure their are no add on charges. I spoke with two agents and they were no help and they could not get me to a manager or supervisor will NEVER rent from them again STAY AWAY BS CHARGES
This place is an undeniable scam. They say you need a major credit card but you can't use a debit card with a visa or mastercard logo. So stupid. Who wants fake money instead of bank money? Plus, they can put a hold on it anyway like any normal rental place. They say that its standard but I went next door to Alamo rental and they took my debit card no problem. Thrifty car rental is a scam to get you to pay online $130 and keep your money, and then treat you like garbage and won't give it back. Very unreasonable and they shrug you off like you are a nuisance. They are rude, and I won't ever be scammed by them again.
